Who is responsible for your data?

What data do you provide?
The form collects your name or company name, email address, optional phone number and message. The language and address of the form page accompany your enquiry. Providing data is voluntary; fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information or other people's details unless needed to discuss the work.
Why and on what basis?
We use your details to respond, discuss the work and prepare a quote. If you enquire about entering into a contract, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other correspondence, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where necessary, establishing or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who receives your message?
When you submit the form, its data is sent to FormSubmit (Devro LABS), which handles delivery to biuro@empe.group. Our email and hosting providers also participate in processing data. FormSubmit describes its practices and providers in the privacy policy linked below. Submission without JavaScript may take you to FormSubmit and its anti-spam checks.
How long is data kept?
We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle your enquiry and arrangements concerning the work, and afterwards only where and for as long as needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. FormSubmit states in its documentation that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where the legal conditions apply, you also have rights to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or your competent supervisory authority. We do not use form submissions for profiling or automated decision-making.
Browser settings and website operation
The website remembers your language in browser storage (localStorage, key empe-language). You can remove it in your browser settings. The website contains no advertising or analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from the website's server. When you connect, the server receives technical information such as your IP address and the requested page address to provide and secure the website.
